Sales manager

The main task of our new colleague will be to sell unique enterprise software development services and projects both in Hungary and abroad.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for targeting new clients, setting appointments, uncovering new opportunities, and helping to grow the business. We are looking for someone that is a team player and “go-getter”. A successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and be a customer-focused person.

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Working to maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue from existing clients while materially contributing to the development of new business opportunities
  • Identifying, target, and develop new accounts to increase market share
  • Mapping and understanding customer needs, working closely with the delivery team at various stages of sales
  • Managing key vendor/partner relationships to maximize profitability, resources, and delivery of solutions to customers and prospects
  • Negotiating and coordinating the contracting process with prospective clients
  • Holding sales presentations and demos for prospects
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetups/educational workshops/reviewing professional publications/establishing personal networks

What we expect from you:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of enterprise sales experience (IT experience or technology service experience advantage)
  • Experience in direct sales of complex technical products/solutions with long sales cycles
  • Intermediate knowledge of English is required, both written and oral
  • A wide network of contacts from the IT/Telecommunications/Financial/Agricultural industries
  • Excellent communicator with a desire to interface with end-users, customer executives and internal resources
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision
